Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old Brass Tin

William Grant founded Balvenie distillery in 1892 using the 18th century mansion known as Balvenie New House. It is built just below Glenfiddich sharing it's Robbie Dhu springs water source. The distillery still uses it's own floor maltings and locally sourced peat.

Double matured in traditional whisky oak, then in original sherry oak. A great entry level dram for introducing folks to Scotch Whisky, and one for a pleasant evening dramming with friends.

This is part of a limited release of the now iconic dram which was packaged in brass coloured tins.
