Specialists in smart maturation, Willet have surprised many with this release. The Rye spirit was created in Indiana, a fact that Willet are wholly open about. It was then aged in their warehouses in Bardstown, before an outrageous twist in its development. 25 Curacao casks were shipped from France in which it spent the last 90 days of maturation. A truly evocative and innovative whisky, Version 1.0 could be the first of some seriously interesting Willett releases in the vein.
