William Grant founded Balvenie distillery in 1892 using the 18th century mansion known as Balvenie New House. It is built just below Glenfiddich sharing it's Robbie Dhu springs water source. The distillery still uses it's own floor maltings and locally sourced peat.
With thistle seal on the neck of the bottle.
The recent edition of this (with 10 years on the neck) has already become discontinued. This version is even rarer!
