Lot number: 066-0353
Winning bid: £30
Dalwhinnie is one of the highest distilleries in Scotland at 1164 feet above sea level. The name Dalwhinnie is derived from the Gaelic word Dail-coinneeamh, which means meeting place, referring to the meeting of ancient cattle drovers' routes through the mountains.
This non age statement malt from Dalwhinnie apparently "owes its unique sweetness to the harsh winters that shape its character."
43% ABV / 70cl
