The story of this Tennessee whiskey dates back to pre-civil war times when George A Dickel migrated to the United States and created the "Cascade" brand. It wasn't until as late as 1960s that the distillery was rebuilt and the whisky was named after the man himself.
This is the No. 12 Brand which has a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley.
