Parker's Heritage collection is a series of rare, limited edition American Whiskeys offered as a tribute to sixth-generation Master Distiller Parker Beam for his more than five decades of crafting exceptional Whiskeys.
This 5th release of the Heritage collection from Heaven Hill is rather unusall just like the rest of the collection. The 6th generation Master Distiller Parker Beam offers a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in cognac barrels. The Bourbon was aged for 10 years, and then transferred to 2 - 3 year old Limousin Oak cask from France, in which Grande Champagne Cognac was aged. After 6 months of aging it was then bottled
