Parker's Heritage Collection 8 Year Old Kentucky Straight Malt

The 2015 release of the Parker's Heritage, in which special bottlings are released in honour of the forrmer Master Distiller, Parker Beam. A portion of their sales go toward funding research into amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a degenerative disease which Parker suffers from.

This 8 year old is non chill filtered and bottled at a healthy 54% ABV. The Mashbill was 65% malted barley and 35% corn. The 141 barrels which were put down by Craig Beam in 2006 and selected by Denny Potter. We've been told these specially selected from Rickhouse Y on the 5th and 7th floors.
