Amador Distillery (not to be confused with the Amador Whiskey Co) bottle and market their products under the Engine 49 label; they craft a range of spirits including rye, gin, vodka and rum. This is a 3 year old bourbon bottled at barrel strength, apparently at the behest of "Northern California's Mixology Elite".
