The Elements of Islay range from Speciality Drinks is bottled in individual batches that are endorsed by leading whisky experts. These batches are made from between 5 and 20 casks and bear no information regarding vintages or age. Each bottle bears its distillery's 'Element' symbol and its batch number. Hmmm ... tricky one. Perhaps a heavily peated spirit from a well-known favourite?
