Amrut has aged this spirit for three years in bourbon casks before having it transferred into custom-built chimeric casks (made with five different stave types) for a further three and a half years.
Oloroso Sherry Wood, New French Oak, New American Oak, New Spanish Oak and Pedro Ximenez Sherry staves all play a part in the maturation of this fascinating whisky.
