Da Mhile distillery is an independent farmhouse distillery in West Wales, specialising in artisan organic spirits. This whisky was commissioned for the millennium and was the first to be approved as organic by the Soil Association. This single barrel release was to commemorate the wedding of the eldest son of John Savage-Onstwedder, Da Mhile distillery owner and Director.
