Highland Park Hobbister

The most northerly of Scottish whisky distilleries, Highland Park was founded in 1798 and is one of the most highly regarded single malts in the world, the great Michael Jackson calling it, "The greatest all-rounder in the world of whisky." and Paul Pacult awarded it, "The Best Spirit in the World." in 2005. The unique peat of Orkney gives the whisky a distinctive heathery sweetness.

This is the first in Highland Park's Keystone series. Named after their peat moor, which because it is made from decaying heather gives Highland Park its unique character. Made from spirit that was peated with 100% Orcadian barley mixed with stock that makes up the standard 12 year old.
