The distillery sits in the dry county of Moore, Tennessee. Its product is not available for consumption in local stores or restaurants within the county, but this doesn't stop it being the highest selling American whiskey in the world.
Even though the product meets criteria for classification as a bourbon, the company prefers to market its brand as Tennessee Sour Mash whiskey
Released in honour of the 120th anniversary of the opening of the White Rabbit Saloon - owned by the man himself, Mr Jack Daniel.
This special edition is bottled at a higher strength than the usual Old No.7 and comes in rather nice packaging too. This particular bottle has been signed by maser distiller Jeff Arnett.
