Elijah Craig 12 Year Old Kentucky Bourbon

Elijah Craig is the man credited by Heaven Hill with improving Kentucky Bourbon after he used casks that had been damaged during a fire in this warehouse.

These accidentally charred casks improved the flavour of the spirit and henceforth all Bourbon must now be aged in charred casks.
