A single malt whiskey, bottled by the Tipperary Distillery. The single malt is not from the Tipperary Distillery but from an unknown Irish distillery and was matured in 6 ex-Bourbon barrels. This is a limited release of 1916 bottles, which were individually numbered (a reference to the date of the so-called. "Easter Rising" of 1916). This malt is part of the Boutique Selection of Tipperary and named after the water source of the young distillery.
