Old Fitzgerald was created in 1870 and sold exclusively to railroads and steam ships. Pappy Van Winkle acquired the brand, introduced the signature wheat-heavy mash bill, and started selling it to the public. Now Old Fitzgerald Prime Bourbon is 80-proof distilled in Louisville by Heaven Hill.

This bottle dates back to the the brand's Stitzel Weller era.
