Glen Keith has recently been refurbished and expanded with a capacity of 6 million litres a year. Chivas Brothers intend to use almost all of its spirit for blending. In the past the distillery has been a site of experimentation, they have been innovative in the use of yeast strains as well as peating the water, not just the barley used in production.
This Glen Keith promises the whisky in the bottle was distilled before 1983.
