Father and son team, Trey and Chet Zoller head up Jefferson's Bourbon. This bourbon pays homage to one of America's most important founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson. A distiller in his own right, Jefferson routinely turned excess grains from his farm into drinkable spirits.
An experimental release from Jefferson's. Having barrels spend time on Trey's friend, Chris Fischer's ship. Purely to see what would happen with a change in the elements and effects of the ship rocking across the seas. It states on their website that each voyage typically crosses the equator four times, visits five continents and over 30 ports on an average sailing.
