Kavalan Selection Brandy Cask Selected by La Maison du Whisky

Kavalan Distillery was founded on an idea of taking Scottish methods of making whisky and importing that expertise to Taiwan for a wholly-owned Taiwanese distillery. After a great deal of research and investment, their spirits were finally brought to the world. This time they've tried ageing whisky in peated casks instead of using peated malt. In 2014 the distillery received several awards from the Malt Maniacs.
