This blended malt contains whisky that was distilled in 1939 the same year that RAF Kinloss opened. Blended by Gordon & MacPhail, who were the longest serving supplier of goods to the unit. This has been bottled at 41.6% ABV which is 73° proof echoing the number of years that the base was open.
