Kilchoman distillery was the first distillery to be built on Islay for 125 years and has garnered a sterling reputation in its short life span.
With everything being carried out on site, from floor maltings, distilling and maturation to bottling, it is now one of the largest private employers on Islay.

This was part of the "be a bottler" masterclass, where the attendees were given the chance to bottle their own Machir Bay.
With only 3 masterclasses and a maximum of 12 per class, we reckon that's not a lot of these bottles available.
Allowing for the thirsty souls who would have drunk theirs before they left Islay, is this the smallest Feis Ile release from 2014?
