Puni is the first Italian distillery founded in 2010 and named after the Puni river which flows through the Vinschgau Valley where the distillery is located. Puni whisky is made using a combination of malted barley, local rye and malted wheat. The Nova is matured in American Oak barrels before being transferred to Limousin Oak barriques to finish.
