Tri Deag 2001 13 Year Old Celtic Cask

Having spent its final maturation period in a Brunello di Montalcino cask from Altesino, this twice distilled, Irish whiskey started its maturation in an ex-Bourbon cask for 11 years. Next was a 3 year stint in a Tuscan red wine barrel, with its ultimate incantation being bottled in August 2015.
