Brazil's national spirit has been produced for around 500 years, and is a type of rum, also referred to in its native land as Aguardente de Cana.

Canario are a Brazilian family enterprise established in 1827, and have been hand-crafting premium cachaca ever since.

Canario Cachaca is produced using the elaborate, and for cachaca unusual, method of double distillation in copper pot stills.
