High Commissioner Old Scotch Whisky

A High Commissioner is a diplomatic representative of the Imperial Government, who is assigned protectorates to watch over. This blended Scotch whisky was first sold in 1865 and, whilst not a complex dram, is not a bad blend, with a good malty flavour.
