Hello folks! Gird your loins, for this month we have have a monumental malty record breaking auction! With close to eight thousand - yes, EIGHT THOUSAND - lots to feast your eyes upon, this month may well boast the world's largest auction to date. But fear not: we are by no means short of quality, and narrowing it down to a few scrumptious bottles was a damn near impossible task!

If you fancy picking up a Springbank Millennium series then you’re in luck this month - we have all of them! This was a six bottle limited edition series released around the Millenium, and each bottle comes with its own precious wooden presentation box. This is the time to bag one of these pieces of Campbeltown gold.

If it’s something a bit better traveled that you desire, don’t miss the Hanyu 2000 Roka Zuma Single Cask #919, bottled exclusively for the Japanese restaurant group Roka & Zuma. From the lost distillery of Hanyu, this would be a stellar dram to sample with some sashimi.

Now, we can hear you Macallan lovers fretting, but there’s no need to fear. We have a few tasty 40 Year Olds from which to choose this month, but before going straight to the latest releases why not check out the Macallan 40 Year Old Gordon & MacPhail. We reckon this aging hippie was bottled around the 70’s, and its lovely box somewhat resembles an adorable Tunnock’s Tea Cake. Be sure to have a gander at the Macallan 40 Year Old 2005 Release, a golden oldie that was originally offered exclusively to the travel retail market, but has since made its way into this months auction.

For those who like a touch of glamour, we can also offer a piece of liquid history in the form of a Glencraig (Glenburgie) 1981 Cadenhead's. Distilled at Glenburgie, this spirit was predominantly used for blends, however a select few made it out as single cask. Distilled in Lomond stills, this expression was said to give a sweet and fruity taste.

Of course, for the collectors among you we also have an abundance of the latest releases, including Hillheads, last in the four part Keystone series from Highland Park. Plus, something to induce good vibes: the Ardbeg Grooves Committee Release Peat and Love is a heavily wine charred delight.

Not a whisky fan? We’ll do our damnedest to change your mind, but in the meantime, why not peruse some of the other spirits we have on offer, such as these scrumptious Caroni Wild Parrot Single Cask Rums.

Last, but by no means least, we’d like to direct you to the Glenfarclas Family Collector Series. Glenfarclas have a solid history of excellent cask management, and these bottles are no exception! Believe us when we say that the Grants have created the cream of the crop with this series; each bottle represents a family member from one of the six generations of heritage, and this latest has been selected to celebrate George S Grant’s 40th birthday. Why not celebrate old George, as well as yourself, with this heavily sherried gem.

Get tucked in, and remember…..don’t lose your bottle!
