Highland Park Complete Keystone Series 5 x 70cl

Highland Park remains the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland, although not by much, as it is little more than a stone's throw from fellow Orcadian, Scapa. Accounts of the distillery's genesis vary, and the truth is probably lost to the mists of time, but it is thought that a local farmer named David Robertson founded what we now know as Highland Park distillery in 1798, on the site of an illicit still operated by nefarious smuggler (and former priest) Magnus Eunson.

Hillhead

Hillhead was created to symbolise the art of "cask harmonisation", and thus utilises a harmonious balance of three first fill casks.

Shiel is named after the traditional wooden malting shovels, used to turn the barley on the malting floor.

Hobbister

Named after their peat moor, which - because it is made from decaying heather - gives Highland Park its unique character. Made from spirit that was peated with 100% Orcadian barley mixed with stock that makes up the standard 12 year old.
