With its distinctive square bottle, its label angled precisely at 24° and the iconic Striding Man, Johnnie Walker is the world's best selling Scotch whisky. It was created in Kilmarnock in 1865 and is now available in almost every country in the world. Between 1906 & 1909 John Walker's grandsons introduced the colour names which the bottles still bear to this day.

This rarely seen Red Label with the 70° Proof on the label dates to between 1947 and 1951 (when the 70° Proof was added to the main label) this information has been clarified by the now owners Diageo and comes with the letter of correspondence as proof.

70° Proof / No Volume Stated
