The name Findlater comes from the original founder, Alexander Findlater. Findlater Mackie Todd was one of their England based companies which was bought by Bulmers, then Beechams who attempted to launched this whisky using the Findlater family name.

With its distinctive square bottle, the label angled precisely at 24° and the iconic Striding Man Johnnie Walker is the world's best selling Scotch Whisky. It was created in Kilmarnock in 1865 and is now available in almost every country in the world. Between 1906 & 1909 John Walker's grandsons introduced the colour names which the bottles still bare to this day.
