Distillerie Guillon Single Malt 20cl

Located in the famous Champagne region of France, the Guillon distillery links the wine-making heritage of the region with single malt production. They use casks from illustrious chateauxs for maturation and saccharomyces bayanus yeast, used in making Champagne wine, for fermentation.

Aged for a minimum of 5 years in White Burgundy barrels, before being transferred to various wine barrels for finishing.
