Independently owned by the Lewis family, and founded in 2014, New Riff produce a small range of bourbon and rye (with malted rye in the pipeline), and hope to one day be counted among the world's great small distilleries.
This bourbon's mashbill consisted of 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley.
