Explorer Robert Swan and his polar expedition team carried a flask of unnamed malt whisky from the Ardgowan Estate for the duration of the South Pole Energy Challenge; a low-carbon Antarctic venture. When they returned, the whisky was added to a blend of Speyside and Highland malts to create this fine spirit. There were only 600 bottles in the release to mark each mile of the journey.
