This blended whisky comes from the sake brewer company Wakatsuru. The production of this Sun Shine whisky is not very large and they have been distilling on and off since 1953. There was an initial production of just 20 bottles of this whisky which was an instant sell out. So in 2013 the distillery decided to release another 500 bottles of their 20 year old whisky.
