Christopher's 1948 Landed Cognac 24 Fl Oz

Christopher & Co wine merchants ceased trading in the mid-1980's, but if they were still around today they would boast a history even longer than the great Berry Bros & Rudd. Although known best for some exceptional bottlings of Macallan/Glenlivet, they also bottled other spirits such as Cognac.

This old bottling is a 'Landed' Cognac - an almost archaic term that denotes a brandy which arrived on our shores in cask and was aged further before bottling.
