Kilchoman, which came online in 2005, was the first distillery to be built on Islay for 124 years - and it has garnered a sterling reputation in its short life span. With everything being carried out on site, from floor maltings, distilling and maturation to bottling, it is now one of the largest private employers on Islay.
Machir Bay is Kilchoman's core expression and gets its name from the famous beach just minutes from the distillery. It is matured mainly in Bourbon Casks and has the classic Kilchoman smokiness.
This special cask strength edition comes resplendent in a unique screen printed bottle.
