Starward Australian Malt Whisky 10th Anniversary

The 10th anniversary bottling of the whisky from the antipodean distillery in Victoria, Australia is solely matured in fortified wine barrels that once contained Apera which is an Australian version of Spanish sherry. The barrels are 40-50 years old which give the whisky a complex flavour of fruit and spice.
