Cognac Braastad Limited Edition with Cigar Humidor Box
Lot number: 092-9715
Winning bid: £1,700
Created by the world's sixth cognac house, La Maison Tiffon, the Cognac Braastad Limited Edition was released to celebrate the 9th Angel's Share Auction: La Part des Anges in 2014. Since then, the edition of only 100 bottles was sold exclusively to collectors by Wealth Solutions, making this the first time this exceptional cognac will be auctioned publicly.
Selected from Tiffon's old cellars, this cognac of great finesse is a blend of eaux-de-vie rarely long-matured. Tasting notes revel dried fruit notes of plum and fig and rancio aromas. Contained in a handmade cigar cabinet from Thierry Drevelle - a cabinet-maker from Cognac - with the decanter coming from the oldest Norwegian glass factory still working today, Hadeland.
