Monkey 47 Gin is the brainchild of Black Forest Distillers, and is produced in the region of the same name (Schwarzwald, if you're a local). They have an experimental approach, and are one of the highlights of a somewhat crowded gin market.

For the 2018 release, Monkey 47 have gone above and beyond (or should that be below and beyond), with the addition of an extra special 48th botanical. Red Mustard Cress that is grown in a subterranean laboratory beneath the streets of Clapham. Exciting!
