This Bourbon from Cleveland Ohio is not made using traditional methods. Instead of being aged entirely in oak casks, Cleveland Underground transfer their spirit into casks made from different wood types, where it is "pressure aged" for a shorter finishing period. Are they maverick, renegade geniuses, or gimmicky charlatans? We'll let you be the judge.
