Perhaps better known for their single-bottle vodka infusions - hence the name - with the fruit still in the bottles, Las Vegas-based Infuse Spirits showcase this Broken Barrel bourbon which features a unique blend of corn, rye, and barley to balance the infusion. The whiskey is tasted after six months and then moved to steel tanks.
