That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles Scotch single malt and grain whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with humorous puns presented in cultish comic-book style labels: the purpose is to tell the histories and stories of distilleries or prominent figures in the industry but in a new exciting way. It's not all fun and games though, as they were awarded World's Best Blended Whisky at the 2015 World Whisky Awards.
The scene depicts the artist, Emily Chappell, and a friend of hers on an ill-fated kayaking expedition - shipwrecked on the island and desperately flagging down the Waverley cruise ship which goes from Glasgow to Arran.
The eagle in the foreground is a reference to the nesting eagles which postponed the distillery's build in the 1990s!
