Usquaebach, is a rather strange spelling of uisge beatha ('water of life') that supposedly dates back to the 16th century and Mary Queen of Scots. Rabbie Burns himself memorialised it in his 'Tam O'Shanter' poem: "Wi usquabae we'll face the de'il". This is Usqaebach Reserve blended whisky, containing over 50% malt whisky.
Whyte and Mackay by any other name. Blended and bottled for the US market. In square dumpy bottle and clear plastic carton. Sporting a snazzy holographic label.
