This Texan single barrel bourbon might be distilled in Tennessee but very much has Texas at its heart where it is blended using their state of the art whiskey lab. Founded by descendant of Ben Milam who was a military leader and hero of the Texas Revolution.
Their CEO and partner is Heather Greene who was the first woman to serve on the Scotch Malt Whisky Society tasting panel in Edinburgh. Expect good things from this company in the near future.
