A Canadian whisky based in traditions from the 1800's when over 20 individual whisky makers distilled their own home-grown products typically made with a high percentage of corn as a base mixed with rye and barley. In 1992, winemaker John H. Hall followed his dream of becoming expanding it whisky production and laid down the first stocks of Forty Creek in Grimsby, Ontario.
