Glen Moray Distillery Manager’s Choice. Cask Strength at 57.6%, NCF. Aromas of lemon sherbet, chunky lemon and lime marmalade, creamy toffee and vanilla ice cream. Distilled in 1989 and hand bottled.From a single first fill ex bourbon barrel. Cask no 5350 was specially selected by Graham Coull, the fifth Glen Moray manager since records began. This hand bottling also marks the first anniversary of his appointment as the Glen Moray Distillery manager.Cask filled Aug 25 1989. Bottled Aug 8 2006. Bottle no 16 of 240 bottles and signed by Graham Coull.
