This cognac contains wines which are 100% Grand Champagne and have been aged in oak casks for a minimum of 6 years. The resulting Cognac is said to have "mild aromas of honeyed date cake, cocoa and delicate spices with a soft supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a floury raisin nut scone, pepper dust and chalk accented finish".
