Royal Doulton produced a range of Whisky flagons for the Whyte & Mackay distillery, this range from the 1970s & 1980s comprised Birds of Prey. This particular flagon is the Golden Eagle and was the largest of the range standing 11" tall.
Designed and modelled by John Tongue, this model was available in 1984. Unlike others in the range, the stopper for this flagon is under the head.
