From Berry Bros & Rudd's own selection. Mortlach was the first distillery to be constructed in the whisky town of Dufftown. This is arguably the heartland of malt whisky production in Speyside and an old adage states that, "Rome was built on seven hills but Dufftown stands on seven stills".

Aromas of dried fruits, citrus and gentle peat-smoke prevail. The inviting nose is confirmed upon tasting. The palate builds emphatically before bursting open with waves of honey, fruit and seductive spice. This is a real treat having matured in a well balanced sherry butt.
