This rare bottling of Octomore is the first distillation sold to private customers in advance and bottled at 6 years old as head distiller Jim Mcewan deemed that the whisky was ready.
800 cases were sold in advance and shipped in 2008.
Distilled 16.10.2002 and bottled in April 2008 from a bourbon/Buffalo Trace cask. 80.5 PPM 700ml and bottled at 46%. Bottle no 5907
