Lot number: 0221131
Winning bid: £50
Bottled by the independent bottler Blackadder (Not to be confused with the TV-series Blackadder). The Raw Cask selection is bottled directly from the cask, so there has been no filtration (So this the closest to drinking out from a cask you can get)
Blackadder is Robin Tucek, co-author with John Lamond of The Malt Whisky File (now over 150,000 copies in print). All Blackadder whiskies are his personal selection.
This Springbank was distilled on 6 Dec 1991 and bottled as a 12 year old in June 2004. In common with all Blackadder whiskies, there is no added colouring or chill filtration.
70cl and bottled at 61.2%, this is bottle 207 of 270 bottles.
